Please keep in mind that many problems are a result of lag, network throughput, PC limitations and other issues out of our control.  As such, we ask that you only submit tickets for persistent problems and problems specific to the Truegolf VGS. If it is something that just happened once, you may want to join our group in world and see if others have experienced the same issue.
